Our client, a leading UK snack manufacturer, is seeking a passionate and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of their Snacks portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values its people, brands,and social responsibility.
Overview
The ABM will support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing the annual plan. This will involve analysing market, consumer and competitor data to generate insights and recommendations that drive brand performance.
Responsibilities
· Support development and execution of annual brand growth plans
· Analyse market, consumer and competitor data to generate insights
· Lead cross-functional projects throughout the year using a gate process
· Liaise with agencies to support marketing plan execution
· Manage monthly brand performance reports and ad hoc analyses
· Support management of marketing budget, including tracking and reporting
Requirements
· Passionate about brands and marketing with a growth mindset
· Minimum 1 year of FMCG experience
· Experienced with consumer brand data, analytics, and reporting
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills
· Organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Budget management experience
