In this role, you’ll become the company expert on the market, harnessing cutting-edge data platforms like Circana Unify, Kantar My Worldpanel, and Assosia to uncover trends, deliver insights, and build compelling recommendations for our retail partners. With a strong “category-first” approach, you’ll drive growth for our brands in key retail channels, working closely with Brand, Sales, Shopper and Travel Retail teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse and interpret market data to identify growth opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the retailer, ensuring their needs align with our business strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver category-led recommendations
  • Prepare and present engaging insights in customer meetings
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to inform decision-making

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a category management or similar analytical role
  • Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, strong numeracy, and data interpretation
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with market data platforms like Circana, Nielsen, Kantar, or Dunnhumby
  • Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who thrives in collaboration
