Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will drive key global innovation initiatives and support the management of the global product portfolio. A key position for the global business, this role is being created to provide a critical link with central departments and regional teams to understand market trends and opportunities drive growth.
In collaboration with Insights, R&D, and Regional teams, you will develop and validate new ideas and oversee their successful execution. Driving the global marketing picture, you will ensure that innovation strategies are tailored to regional markets while maintaining a consistent global brand portfolio. Your strategic planning will focus on aligning innovation with business objectives, setting clear goals, and driving growth and profitability. Creativity is key, fostering a culture of innovation to differentiate us from our competitors. Your exceptional project management skills will ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all initiatives, with regular reporting to senior management.
