With the organisation's ambition of developing a $500m high growth premium category, this is a critical role supporting the delivery of a huge growth agenda. This will involve in-depth strategic planning, project management and team leadership, ensuring all initiatives and campaigns are managed and delivered on time. Working with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and product development as well as external partners, you will identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as profitability. Furthermore, you'll pinpoint potential risks and take appropriate action to ensure project continuity.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need a robust background in FMCG and ideally, luxury goods. You will have significant experience of managing complex projects across multiple regions, demonstrating strong leadership and influencing skills, and the capacity to resolve issues and conflicts.
Commercial acumen, tenacity & resilience, strong interpersonal skills and cross functional team working are all critical and essential requirements.
