Super opportunity for smart, ambitious, high-energy marketer to bring their skills and ideas to a premium global beverages brand.

 

Smart, commercially savvy, brand passionate marketer needed now for this exciting role, driving growth acrossthe Middle East region for a global beverages brand, enjoyed daily in millions of households across the globe.  Working for this well-known FMCG business, part of a £4bn food powerhouse, you’ll play a key role in shaping and promoting the brand image, working with the SBM to develop and execute brand strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, equity, and market share.  You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, customers and agencies to drive brand growth and successful product launches.  You will be required to travel to the Middle East region several times/year.

What You’ll Be Doing

NPD: Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-category teams andexternal partners.

Consumer & Market Insights & Data Analysis: Provide insights on consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape toinform local market strategies.

Brand Activation: Track and deliver the marketing plan, manage creative processes, and develop marketing materials for the region.

Social Media: Collaborate with the SBM totrack media plan performance and manage digital & social media campaigns.

Agency and Supplier Management: Source and manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

What We’re Looking For

Strong academics, Ideally to degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in FMCG brandmanagement, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts.

Experience in end-to-end innovation projects, market research, and data analysis.

Proficiency in consumer insights, social media campaigns, and communication plans.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

International experience or familiarity with the Middle East market would be a plus.
