The Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting the agenda and strategic direction for the category, including annual brand plans and long-term growth strategies. Key aspects of the role include driving consumer insight in collaboration with CMI partners, identifying growth opportunities and delivering challenging budget targets. As Brand as brand guardian, you will lead planning, budgeting and innovation and drive integrated marketing initiatives across all touchpoints. With a particular focus on sustainability, you’ll build new strategic partnerships in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
The role requires a solid background in FMCG Food marketing, with experience managing broad and complex portfolios with demonstrable commercial success. With a solid understanding of theo & Ireland grocery market, your approach will be consumer centric as well as commercially driven. You'll have a very clear understanding of the key levers of commercial success, and experience delivering multimedia communications and campaigns.
