Salary: £55k-£65K plus Car Allowance

This leading British food company with a vast portfolio of grocery brands, is seeking a talented Senior Brand Manager to spearhead the international expansion of one of their flagship ranges. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make your mark, using your strong FMCG skills to drive global growth.
You will be responsible for driving the growth and action plans for the brand across international markets, developing and implementing long-term innovation pipeline and collaborating with UK and local market teams to ensure global alignment and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth and action plans for international markets
- Develop and implement long-term innovation pipeline
- Own analysis and recommendations on business performance
- Collaborate with UK team to ensure global alignment
- Support Brand Director in long-term strategy development
- Scope opportunities for leveraging outsourced capabilities
- Design launch plans for relevant brands and innovation globally
- Work with local market and insights teams
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, including matrix structure roles
- Broad experience in brand management, ideally international or global
- Strong bias for action, accountability, and remote working skills
- Strategic thinker focused on the consumer
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across time zones
- High level of commercial and analytical capability
- Entrepreneurial mindset, seeking better ways of doing things
