REMOTE WORKING– 3 DAYS/WEEK IN THE OFFICE

 

Exceptional social media and digital marketing skills is essential for this new and exciting role with this leading specialist accessories brand, loved by riders and racers from pro to leisure, who need to keep their equipment in top condition and ready to go. With a huge range of lubricants, sprays, apparel, cleaning & maintenance products and equipment, available via specialist retailers and direct-to-consumer - products made by riders, for riders – our client is now expanding rapidly into international markets, building a presence in new territories and sectors.

 

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Comms Manager, you’ll be pivotal in amplifying the brand’s voice across global social media channels, developing and executing compelling, world-class campaigns across the bicycling and powersports arenas, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility within the cycling and powersportscommunities.  You’ll also research and analyse social media trends, as well as reporting on key measures such as revenue and web visitor data to improve social media and brand presence and campaign efficacy.

 

This role interfaces heavily with the broader marketing team, content, creative, andleadership teams, so an ability to have positive impacts and build strong and credible relationships is key.  As a spokesperson of the brand, this role needs the ability to deliver on brand messaging and content, consistent with the brand DNA and tone of voice.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media channels with creativity and strategy.

Develop and implement channel-specific content strategies aligned with brand Tone of Voice.

Create and schedule engaging social media posts.

Monitor social trends, technological updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into overall marketing plans.

Provide insightful monthly KPI reports to stakeholders.

Liaise with external agencies, brand partners, and retailers on social activation initiatives.

Attend global events as needed for content capture and brand representation.

Ability to work over some weekends at events

Constantly embodying the brand's social media presence.

Excellent IT skills and familiarity with social media evaluation tools.

 

Desirable

Degree in Marketing/Communications or CIM Diploma.

Project management excellence and experience in FMCG.

Budget management experience.

Full motorcycle licence.
